I specialize in translating breaking news and longform on-site content into digestible, shareable, and visually interesting posts on social. In my current role, I use metrics and my understanding of how audiences on different platforms engage with content to inform my designs.
As an audience editor, I create promotional plans for breaking news events and long-term projects. This also includes writing copy and push alert headlines. I also have experience handling graphics planning for multiple projects, including a paywalled series of stories on obesity that brought in nearly 40,000 page views and over 400 new subscribers.
